Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Zimplfy apps, the web reader and the service behind them (together, "the Service"), provided by Vauni AB. By downloading or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service
The Service reads aloud, explains, summarizes and rewrites text you select, and turns your speech into text, using AI models provided by Anthropic and ElevenLabs. It is currently offered as a free public beta. Features, quotas and availability may change while we are in beta, and we may introduce paid plans. We will give reasonable notice before any free plan is removed.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for text you have the right to process.
- Don't attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits or device registration, or to reverse engineer the API.
- Don't use the Service to generate unlawful, harassing or deceptive content.
We may block devices that violate these rules.
AI output
Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing text before you send or publish it. The Service is not a substitute for professional, legal or medical advice.
Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Sweden.
