What counts as a text action?
One press of Rewrite, Explain or Summarize, and each dictation you finish. Read aloud does not count; it has its own daily allowance in characters.
What happens when the day's allowance is used up?
The panel says so and tells you when it resets. Nothing is lost. Read aloud keeps working until its own allowance is used.
Do I need an account for the free plan?
No. The app registers an anonymous device on first launch. There is no email, no password and nothing to remember.
Can I pay Anthropic directly instead?
Yes. Enter your own Anthropic API key in Settings and the text features bypass our quota and our servers. Read aloud and dictation still use the daily allowance.
When does Pro launch, and what does it cost?
The price above is the plan. Pro opens when payments are in place. Everyone on the list hears first, and the free plan does not change.
